One of the worst dining experiences ever. I would give zero stars if I could. I found a long hair in my food while taking a bite of my appetizer. I brought it to the waiters attention and was given an unenthusiastic apology, as if it was MY fault there was hair in my food. The item was taken off the bill, but no manager ever approached us to apologize properly or even acknowledge the offense. When we asked for the manager we were told “she stepped out”. I’m not asking for a free meal, but at least be genuinely sorry about the incident. Obviously I will never eat there again.
